(the "Fund") (NYSE:KF) announced today they have declared a dividend distribution totaling $1.381724 per share, comprised of a net investment income dividend of $0.437507 per share and a spillback income dividend of $0.944217 per share. The spillback dividend represents payment of the Fund’s June 30, 2025 spillback income distribution pursuant to Section 855 of the Internal Revenue Code.
